Comentarios: WPA muralist. A deaf cowboy artist who grew up knowing Will Rogers. He played cowboy parts in Tom Mix movies, and worked in C.M. Russel's studio from 1916-26. He knew Indian sign language and was interested in Indian culture, becoming a technical adviser on Indians for the movie industry.
