Comentarios: Flagg sold his first illustration to St. Nicholas magazine when he was only twelve years old. At fourteen, he began twenty years as a staff member of Life. He became widely known for his I Want You" poster of Uncle Sam, 1917 (one of 46 WWI posters), and for his creation of the beautiful "Flagg Girl." Illustrator: City People; Kitty Cobb; Boulevards all the Way ó Maybe; books of satire; plus, Liberty, Cosmopolitan, and other magazines. Collection of drawings published as "The Well-Knowns."
