Comentarios: While in France, he painted at the artists colony at Concarneau, Brittany, and in Normandy. Upon his return, he focused on his favorite subject, the tidal wetlands of Cape Cod, Long Island, and New Jersey ó bathed in the glowing twilights of early morning and early evening. He was also an art critic for the New York Globe.
