Comentarios: Born of French parents and brother of Theodore S. Dabo (see entry). He went to NYC in 1884 and became an employee and friend of John LaFarge (see entry), who gave him letters of introduction to leading French artists when he went to France to study. Dabo returned to NYC in 1892, and produced murals, as well as Hudson River scenes. He was one of the founders of the AAPS, which organized the 1913 Armory Show in NYC.
