THE FAIR
ArtRio 2018 will be held from September 27th to 30th (preview on September 26th). The success of the seventh edition of ArtRio confirmed the fair as one of the most important on the world art scene. The fair welcomed 52,000 visitors to view works shown by 50 galleries at Marina da Gloria.
ArtRio is more than an art fair; it is a unique event where visitors can view art work by the great masters along side works by up-and-coming artists. ArtRio is active on the art scene throughout the year promoting new artists and galleries by supporting exhibitions and study opportunities. The event is creating an artistic legacy for the Brazilian people who, eager consumers of art and culture, visit the fair in large numbers.
ArtRio is organized by BEX Produções. Bradesco is the largest sponsor of the event, under the Ministry of Culture’s Culture Incentive Law.HOW TO GET
The 7th edition of the ArtRio will take place from September 27th to 30th, with an invitation-only preview on September 26th.This year, for the second time, the fair will be held at the Marina da Glória, located in downtown Rio, on the shore of the Guanabara Bay.
