This is an excellent example of original Salinas work on canvas, that is from the 1970's. This was an important period for Salinas, as his work had more of an abstract impressionist quality to it. The work is both stunning and profound.

Baruj Salinas is the most significant, and well established contemporary artist this gallery represents. He has work in the permanent collections of over 35 museums, and has had over 100 solo shows worldwide, and a number of museum shows. This Cuban Master lived in Barcelona in the 1970's, and studied with Joan Miro, Antoni Tapies. Salinas is now 82 years old.
