An original  rare beautiful signed wood sculpture by one of the most influential Japanese wood sculptors from the 60' & 70'. A portrait of an unadorned Northern girl in the traditional "Mino". A thin woman in a minimalist way with a strict decoration, keen sense of design, minimal use of color and simple elegant forms.
