"Breslau: Rathaus" by Balint Szeghalmy (Romanian 1889-1963)

         * The city of Breslau officially became Wroclaw, Poland in 1945.
     * Dates work to pre 1945.    
     * Town has changed nationalities many times - at various times
        was part of the Kingdom of Poland, Bohemia, Hungary, the
        Austrian Empire, Prussia and Germany.        
     * Signed Szeghalmy B at lower right.
     * Paper size 8 5/8" x 12 1/4" attached to paper 12" x 16".
     * Framed 12 3/4" x 16 7/8" overall.
     * Excellent condition. 

     * Sent without glass to prevent any damage possibly caused if the glass should break in shipping.
