NOEL is a painter, engraver, goldsmith, printmaker, ceramicist and director! He is known for his work Oil converted into Art when he used the tar of Havana Bay to create, out of the docks, color monotypes. He stands out for his extremely praiseworthy versatility as an artist. His solo exhibitions have been popular in many countries and at the next Miami Art Basel 2012.This work reflects the image of unrest related to the Cuban exile from the perspective of the entrance to the Havana bay.
